Brief Introduction of Ground Golf

• This is a game to be competed by the total number of strokes used to cover all the holes just like traditional golf. The player whose strokes is the fewest is a winner.
• The rules are almost same as traditional golf.
• The course can easily be made on a park or square by just setting up the hole posts and start mats at eight holes in both the out and in courses.
• Beginners can play immediately upon preparation of only one club and one ball.
  You can play with only one club from tee-off to hole-out.
• As it is light exercise, Ground Golf is suitable for senior citizens, whether men or women, and good for health, too.
• Ground Golf can be enjoyed by not only senior citizens but also three generations.
• Considering players' safety, the club is so designed that the ball will not fly high.
• In Japan, there are more than one million population who are fond of this game and competitions are often held, with more than 100 times participated by not less than 1,000 players throughout Japan. It has now become a steady recreational sport for senior citizens.
